Stop by Guest Services on the your planned visit date and we can assist you in upgrading your ticket. For tickets purchased with Protecht for refund request status, claim initiation, or ticket support, contact Protecht. If the tickets were not purchased directly from valleyfair.com we are unable to refund or replace them.
